Somehow you all have to meet and wear your outfits for a group photo. (Yes, you too Marc!)

Anyone who placed bids on the auction needs to watch out for fake emails offering a
'Second chance' to purchase an item.

I received an email today and reported it to Ebay right away. They told me the email was fake.

I am so happy for all of you and thanks for posting these!
I have never seen a film inspire people to want to own a piece of it like BBM.  The cars and trucks, the props, the costumes, all of it has been
on the selling block it seems!

The only other film that comes to mind that items have been so sought after is, I would say, Titanic.  But that's as much to do with the historical aspect of it, as the film itself.  BBM is pure love, it seems.

I am awed.

Oh, I am so going to wear that necklace to work!
If I run it under the collar, it's practically like a bolo tie (without the strings), right?

Well, no, Sid, no it's not.

BUT WHO CARES?  I WOULD!!!

 ;)

I have received a second chance offer from Ebay on the complete wardrobe for Roberta Maxwell for 1400 USD plus shipping. This offer is valid for a 5 days. I really can't afford it........so I will not be taking this offer.

According to Bay City John, that's a fake message. See his post near the top of this page.

You're right. It is a fake. Great! My dilema is no longer!

I went directly into my Ebay account and there is no second chance offer listed.

Just got the dress! It is obviously clear that this is the dress that the BBM costume designer is talking about in the article.
It is a flower dress, but it was difficult to see in the pics, because, yes, it is faded and worn.
Now, I can frame the article as well as the certificate of authenticity.

Hope i am in right place but since we are talking about BBM memorabilia and items we wouls like to see available, I am now the proud owner of two BBM T shirts.  One with the You Bet! postcard on it and one with I wish I knew how to quit you.  If you go to www.cafepress.com you will find a whole range of items of clothings with BBM quotes on it .  On the subject of calendars, my mum has bought me a BBm calendar for xmas.  If you go on google and search on BBM calendars you will find them.  I also have a BBM ringtone and a BBM screensaver on my computer!!  Never has a film inspired me to want items that represent it so much.  Hope this is useful.
