From Facebook:

"Brokeback Mountain made it on The Hollywood Reporter's list of the Top 100 Movie Quotations. See where it ranked!"  (#70 actually)

"I wish I knew how to quit you."

Screenwriter Diana Ossana got this gem directly from the New Yorker short story that inspired the film, co-written by Larry McMurtry. "The film has become a part of the popular culture," says Ossana. "We have a Google Alert for the film, and in the 10 years since it came out there hasn't been a day that there wasn't something, somewhere in the news about Brokeback Mountain."
Chaos is order yet undeciphered.

I wonder if this film will ever stop being talked about. I suspect at least 100 years! It's incredible how deeply this film has effected people across the world.
Around that time Jack began to appear in his dreams, Jack as he had first seen him, curly-headed and smiling and bucktoothed...And he would wake sometimes in grief, sometimes with the old sense of joy and release; the pillow sometimes wet, sometimes the sheets.

"I  know that ghosts have wondered on the earth,
Be with me always. Take any form. Drive me mad,
only do not leave me in the dark alone, where I cannot
 find you.
I cannot live without my life.
I cannot die without my soul.
