Easy!
Whip up a standard Jose Cuervo margarita with extra crushed ice and lemon-lime bar mix, and blend in a blender until the slush is perfectly smooth.
Then, pour the mix into a salted glass, and top with a thin layer of Grand Marnier, followed by a large dash of freshly-squeezed lime juice (-must be
fresh, not bottled, etc.), and then stash the glass into the freezer. The idea is allow the juice justtime enough to freeze, creating a thin sheet of 'lime ice' across the top.
Finally serve with a shot of Grand Marnier on the side. Mm-mm-mmm!
