Jack:  Ya know, Ennis, when you said you wanted to use a video camera,
          I was open to that.  I didn't think you'd have a whole crew with you.

Initially, Jack was happy when he heard Ennis had come out, and was ready to be
open with who he was, and that he had a surprise for Jack

However, that happiness ended when Ennis' surprise turned out to be the idea
of starting a three some.

Lureen (talking to Jack who is off-screen): He's not very cute and he don't look nothin' like ya', but that's okay.  I'm rich and we're already in a hospital.  I didn't have too hard a' time pushin' him outta ma' loins, so him undergoin' a bit of plastic surgery couldn't hurt nothin', right?
