Poor Trump thinks he's being treated unfairly more than any other President...weren't six of them shot?
(Including Theodore Roosevelt running again in 1912, and Reagan; both survived. Not to mention FDR
had an attempt against him in Florida and Ford twice.  Boo-hoo Donald.

Now he'a off to the Middle East. (With Toby Keith, no less.)
What could go wrong there?

Someone changed TIME's Person of the Year cover to this:

And someone else commented:  "Not a bad way for Trump to get his wardrobe to match his complexion."

He's a FREAK...and who's doing the leaking?

Report: Trump Told Russians He Fired 'Nut Job' Comey Because Of Investigation

President Trump told Russian officials last week that he had fired the "nut job" FBI Director James Comey in order to ease the pressure of the mounting investigation into his campaign's ties to Russia, according to a report from The New York Times.

"I just fired the head of the F.B.I. He was crazy, a real nut job," Trump told the Russian foreign minister and U.S. ambassador on May 10 during an Oval Office meeting, according to a transcript of the meeting read to The Times by a U.S. official. "I faced great pressure because of Russia. That's taken off."

White House press secretary Sean Spicer did not dispute the account of the conversation to The Times and, in a statement to NPR, argued that the Russia investigation was harming U.S. foreign policy.

"The President has always emphasized the importance of making deals with Russia as it relates to Syria, Ukraine, defeating ISIS and other key issues for the benefit and safety of the American people. By grandstanding and politicizing the investigation into Russia's actions, James Comey created unnecessary pressure on our ability to engage and negotiate with Russia," Spicer said. "The investigation would have always continued, and obviously, the termination of Comey would not have ended it. Once again, the real story is that our national security has been undermined by the leaking of private and highly classified conversations."

I expect that the Russians knew he was lying through his teeth already.

Will the future Trump Monument include a reflecting cesspool?

Trump turmoil is spreading far beyond Washington to state and local races

By John Wagner May 19 at 12:46 PM

As a cascade of controversies consumes the White House, anxiety is rising among Republicans well beyond the Beltway that President Trump’s troubles could take a severe toll on the party heading into next year’s midterm elections and beyond.

With a near-daily string of new scandals and unfavorable headlines — including this week’s news of a special counsel to examine possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia — a growing number of Republicans across the country are watching dispiritedly as Democrats become further energized to turn out their voters in 2018, potentially tipping not only congressional contests but state and local races down the ballot.

“There were a lot of things that were promised to be done, and we’re just getting a lot of noise out of Washington,” said Marc Rotterman, a longtime Republican consultant in North Carolina who was a Trump supporter ahead of last year’s election. “It seems it’s Russia 24-7. When you’re reacting and defending, you’re not moving on your agenda. You’re not fixing day-to-day problems for average Americans.”

for those tired of Trump.....

Former Rep. Anthony Weiner pleads guilty in sexting case

Former U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner pleaded guilty in a case involving his online communications with a teenage girl in North Carolina.

He was charged with transferring obscene material to a minor as part of a plea agreement with the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan, the New York Times reported. Weiner surrendered to the FBI early Friday morning and is to appear in court at 11 a.m. EDT.

The FBI began investigating Weiner in September after a 15-year-old North Carolina girl told a tabloid news site that she and the disgraced former politician had exchanged lewd messages for several months.

She also accused him of asking her to undress on camera.

Fox News Fires ‘The Five’ Co-Host Bob Beckel Over Racist Comment

Senior TV Editor Brian Steinberg

Fox News Channel is parting ways — again — with Bob Beckel, the co-host of its primetime program, “The Five.”

“Bob Beckel was terminated today for making an insensitive remark to an African-American employee,” the network said in a statement.

The dismissal opens — or perhaps closes — another chapter in an off-and-on relationship Beckel has had with the 21st Century Fox-owned cable-news outlet over the years. Beckel, a longtime political consultant as well as a former campaign manager for Democratic presidential candidate Walter Mondale, joined Fox News in 2000, and had a years-long tenure on “The Five” when it aired in the late afternoon. Indeed, he was one of the program’s original co-hosts.

You would think that the "good old boy" club at Fox would get the message, but I guess not.

This is the good news I have been hoping for, that all this chaos would start to trickle down and affect the midterm elections so that the Democrats would gain a majority in one of the houses.

Fox News Fires ‘The Five’ Co-Host Bob Beckel Over Racist Comment

What world is this Bob Beckel guy living in?  From the article:

Quote
In a statement, it is alleged that Beckel “stormed out of his office” when an African-American information-technology employee came to service his computer, “telling our client that he was leaving his office because he was black.”

So Marc thinks average Americans want people thrown off healthcare and the rich need tax cuts?
(Subsidized by cutting medicaid.)

Hey, Marc, you supported Trump and you couldn't foresee what kind of a presidency it would be?
You're to blame. You need to be fired from your "think tank" because you obviously aren't thinking
properly.
