Well he was rather wrong. 70 years later there are 7 kings(or Queens) in Europe plus a ruling duke and 2 ruling princes. In the Muslim world there are 9 kings or sultans. There are 4 kings (including emperor- Japan) in Asia plus 2 kings in Africa and one in the Pacific.

I have to say I don't think I've ever heard of the about-to-be-married one, but am happy for him!

King Farouk wasn't exactly known for his forecasting proclivities!

In the U.S. we have Queen Latifah.

Who would probably be a better President than 45, my guess!! I just can't understand the voter apathy in this country!! It's always sad to read the voter counts after an election, and it doesn't seem to matter which LEVEL of Gov't we are voting in, or out!! Yet everyone will complain, voters or not........some commentators and people in the KNOW, say the mid-terms will bring out more voters than the 2016 Presidential Election did, we'll see soon enough!! One can HOPE anyway!!  :D

To quote Mrs Naugatuck the English maid in the TV series Maude,

"What's all the fuss about? Just because a man's homosexual? We think quite highly of them in England. Our government's full of them. The only one we're positive isn't a queen is the Queen!"

How do you spell "hypocrisy"?

The U.S. withdraws from the U.N. Human Rights Council, accusing other members of "appalling disrespect for the most basic rights," according to Nikki Haley, while 45 is taking children from their parents and locking them up in cages like animals. (And, of course, blaming it on the Democrats because nothing is ever 45's fault.)

Will no one rid us of these people?

(And I don't mean the children.)

 Heydrich would be so proud.
I doubt there's a single person in the Trump administration able to spell "hypocrisy".

You know what? I was mad at Sam Bee for her choice of words for Ivanka, now I thing she was being benevolent. The perfect blond role model for moms has yet to say something about this, but maybe she just supports it. So long it's not her own, she doesn't seem to give a s*** about children. At least poor children.

I was gratified to learn that Rosalynn Carter, Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, and Michelle Obama have all condemned the policy. I give no credence to what Mrs. 45 said. (And Mrs. Bush is a Republican.)

THEY WANT THIS.

I saw an extensive piece yesterday on how the administration wants this controversy. They're actively
courting it. They're enjoying the fact that it's causing a stir and somehow think this is beneficial to them.
A reporter covering the White House actually said "they're in a pretty gleeful mood."

How abhorrent does it have to get?

More than one place online says that the followng editorial cartoon got the cartoonist fired.
(Trust but verify.)
