She just arrived complaining that she put on her coat's hood and realized a tiny bit too late that the hood was indeed full of hail

Hey y'all, cloudy and cold but at least the snow has stopped, until the weekend probably.

It doesn't look like we got a newspaper this morning (the street is pretty slippery still), but I'll go out and search later. At least in snow they put it in yellow plastic.

We'll also have to shovel the snow that fell since we last shoveled.

Good afternoon, Fritz.

You really did get a lot of snow, if your streets are still slippery.

And nice of the kids to do some of your shoveling.

Hi, Ingy, sorry about your rain.

Hi to all other Diners.

I have some chores to do at home today, bills to pay and so on, possibly some filing if I get into that mood, so probably will not go out except to take the trash out later.

Will go to the hairdresser early tomorrow morning.
It was extremely difficult to obtain an appointment, but now I've got one.

Glad to hear this, Ingy.  I hope you can get outside a bit, if it's warm enough.

Nancy, I don't think I gave you enough sympathy yesterday....the weekend must have seemed like a double whammy for you, Cowboys and Eagles both losing.   :(

Although I have to be glad for Fritz, that the Saints are marching on.

And I forgot to mention laundry on my list of chores, so this will be a busy indoor day indeed, for me.  Time to get started!

Hey Debbie! Believe it or not, I was just doing a very preliminary run through of Federal taxes. The forms are changed a lot from last year. Grrr.

Time to do weights now.

Oh, the rules have changed a lot since last year, since taxes.  I can imagine it could be a mess.  I'm fortunate (I guess) that I will still be needing the Colorado tax accountant to do my taxes, so he can figure everything out.

Oh, no!  The new TIME Magazine came in today's mail, and there's more yellow hair on the cover.   ::)

With a lot of little blue birds, twittering back and forth to Nancy Pelosi.
