Oscar-award winning composer Gustavo Santaolalla (Brokeback Mountain and Babel) is the producer and mastermind of this documentary. Audiences are led on a nostalgic journey into the heart of Argentina's tango, introducing veterans from the golden age of the 1940s and 1950s. The film was shot while the maestros were preparing a memorable concert at Buenos Aires’ renowned and prestigious theatre, Teatro Colón.

A 30 minute pre-screening talk starting at 7:30pm introduces audiences to the history of Argentinian tango and highlights of the development of big orchestra tango in tango's golden age during the 1940s-1950s.

大家好, 我是來至香港的lokyi. 23歲.

至上星期在明珠台第一次看完bbm後, 我便深深愛上了這電影. .這是我看過最感人最觸動我心靈的片 看罷悲傷的感覺久久不能散去

我很努力地找有關bbm的所有資料, video, interview....etc, 但中文的資料和評論實在不多...未能滿足我..

身邊又沒有bbm的fans可以和我討論, 感到好寂寞, 好像只有我一個人在鬱悶的感覺.

終於找到了這裡......老實說, 這是我有生以來第一次這樣慶幸我懂得看英文!!!!哈哈, 因為這裡有很多資料, 很多精彩的評論!

I studied it a bit (on my own) back in high school, in the 60's! I do have several dictionaries, but it's so much easier to get the characters using a translator than putting in the codes!
