The Great Mosque in Córdoba. Even if it is now a Catholic church, it still remains one of the biggest mosques in the world. It was considered so sacred, that a pilgrimage to Córdoba was considered a substitute for those who couldn't get to Mecca. The oldest columns are Roman, they were collected from all Andalucía. The oldest part of the building was started in the 8th century, if I remember correctly.
