Jake:  Maybe if I give them all a juicer, they will let me join the group.  I am beautiful and I have the best voice.

Ennis: You have no idea how bad it gets, Jack!
Sometimes I even have to stick to f*** sand dunes, lil' darlin'!

Jack:  You are always so worried about what people think Ennis, people couldn't care less about us.  Have you seen what's moved in next door?

Ennis:  Yea, but the wife's brother is kind of cute!

Jack:  You just shut up about the brother Ennis.

Hi All! I want to apologize for a post that apparently offended some people.  It was meant as a joke and I always thought irreverence was part of the joke here.  Anyway,  the post was removed by the moderators.  Also, If we are going to be PC I don't think it should be selective.  Those mammy posts has a  black stereotype that some would find offensive. Maybe we shouldn't use the term The Basque. He's a human being not an object. It can be a slippery slope....

That mammy post took me by surprise, too, Jason. Don't know which post of yours was the offender. Obviously it didn't bother me. . . Hang in there, kiddo. You're one of the reasons why this thread gleams. . .

Note to whomever complained about Jason's photocap:  If THAT offended you then here's a warning--STAY AWAY FROM THE SLASH THREADS!  Any conceiveable kind of sexual/bodily activity, both nice and nasty, good and bad, between Jack & Ennis exists there and you can find plenty of reasons to be offended.  So, at the risk of shutting down the whole "slash" threads...

You are forewarned.

Jack: We got a worn out pickup, that's the problem. I told Ennis it takes more than chewing gum and bailing wire to keep a pickup goin', but he wouldn't listen to me if he knew he was goin' deaf tomorrow. I pledged Tri-Delt at SMU and I sure never thought I'd end up in a pokey little place like Childress but then I met Ennis one summmer, and he was an animal husbandry major, so here I am. I told Ennis we ought to take the car but he said no, the roads is too bad. But then his ratty ol' truck died. 'Course he don't never listen to me...

Atticus: He's so-o-o-o dreamy!

Well if my post offended anyone, please send me a PM.  Because if we keep bitching and complaining here, we will get this thread shut down!  ;)
