Oh my god! I had no idea. This is too much grief in one day. Jackie was *the* forum goddess - the presiding spirit of gentleness, kindness and hospitality.

What an awful day - to hear of Heath and then Jackie.

I'm speechless.

i don't know how to post this and not sure if you all have heard the news about heath. it looks like he will be there to greet jackie in heaven.

I was just wondering what she'd say when she saw him there... what she'd ask!  But yes.. and knowing how much she loved movies, I'm sure all her favorite actors will be welcoming her home!

not sure how to link posts from another thread... but wanted to share what I wrote on heath's news page about Jackie since I'm finding out about both today...

so just as i hit "post" to send my comments about heath, I noticed the news thread about Jackie... I haven't been on in a long time and I feel horrible that I am finding out now about my beloved BBM mentor. She was the first to welcome me here... The first person I met at a showing of the movie in Virginia. She made sure I was always included in things and even brought back little trinkets from the many gatherings she attended. I know BBM an this forum and those she met and loved changed her life and I was in awe of her ability to let it. Her tag line from the movie "well I won't" speaks volumes to me in what this entire experience meant to her.

I'm shocked, saddened, and hope she knows that while I may not have been online, I was always thinking of her...  always thinking of all of you...
