well, this is one example of "who the hell knows what the real numbers are'?  This is from the Austin American Statesman, which throws CNNs number of cases off by 107, and deaths off by 3.  Travis County's numbers have it broken down by ethnicity.

Travis County: Coronavirus deaths climb to 82; known cases now total 2,644

Non-Hispanic whites account for about 38% of cases, 8% are black and 3% are Asian.

Bernalillo County (the most populated county in the state - where Albuquerque is located) numbers: 1225 confirmed cases - 60 Deaths

The two counties that include the Navajo Nation:
McKinley County - 1,987 confirmed cases - 79 deaths
San Juan County - 1,408 confirmed cases - 91 deaths

boy, that's really all over the place.  I googled your county, it's a little surprising that they're considering reopening on June 1, with a graph like that...still better than Austin, we're moving much too fast, imo.

The state is on track for dine-in restaurant services, salons, gyms, malls and other services to potentially start reopening on June 1.

Almost no increase here in our area anymore... there are even certain areas close to here with 0 people infected in over a week.

Yes it is Nancy. We are doing a gradual opening. But she has threatened if the counts go sharply up she will close the state up again.
