I'm not defending 45, but I can't defend Obama about his part in the Saudi "friendship", either.

Interesting British article from 2017:

Donald Trump and Barack Obama on the Arab World - How Do They Differ?

Don't know if I have this exactly right, or all the details, but...

The other night Trump had another of his rallies and there was a protester. Trump's usual routine is to stop talking and wait until the crowd shouts the protester down and/or security escorts them out. In this case Trump decided to mock the protester, or who he thought was the protester, so he called the guy overweight and whatever else derogatory he said...and the person he was talking about and pointing to was actually a Trump supporter. Later on Trump called this guy and the guy was interviewed later on the news and said he thinks "Trump is the best thing that's ever happened to this country."

And I repeat to all Trump supporters:  "You guys are as stupid as they think you are."

I'll join in, I have never seen that film, either. It was the big summer hit back in 1969, fifty years ago...at a time I rarely got to see films in a theater. Later, I worked in the home video business for two decades and could have seen it at any time. I never thought about why, but I've never had an inclination to see it. It got Jack Nicholson his first Oscar nomination and a screenwriting nomination for Terry Southern, Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper. (Which the latter two really shouldn't have gotten, but that's another story.)

I don't know; depends on how many of them read some of the comments I write at the end of a lot of online articles and videos. You can help spread the word to them if you want to.

But those supporters don't seem to care what anyone else thinks of them anyway, especially those that are using them for their own purposes. But maybe someday on hindsight they'll get a clue.

Well, we bought Alaska from the Russians, why not Greenland from the Danes?

Oh, right. The Danes don't want to sell. ...

Yeah, but knowing pumpkin head's twisted thinking, if the US bought it and paid for it, orange face would think it belonged to him since he brokered the deal. Don't forget, "he's good at real estate deals....."

I could imagine him thinking it being his own private fiefdom like Leopold II of Belgium did with the Belgian Congo.

With all the abuses that stemmed from that.

Where does Trump get ideas like trying to buy Greenland?  One position is that people
that know Trump is a mental case, prank him:

Is anyone surprised? After two weeks of saying he'd support some sort of ban:
"Trump Retreats on Background Checks, Says Mental Health is to Blame for Gun Violence."

One of the first things the Republican Congress did when the orange cretin was sworn in was to repeal a rule that made it harder for people with mental illness to buy a gun. The repeal was approved by the Republican-controlled House and Senate and was supported by the NRA.

Well, then pumpkin head won't be able to purchase a gun then.

I don't feel the least bit sorry for him as Rachel Maddow does. Someone who is proported to be a leader doesn't know the difference between what is the truth and what someone suggests to him that is ridiculous, deserves to be made fun of. Especially him!
