I see Punkin' Head is pushing the Clinton conspiracy thing. You ask me, somebody oughta look at Punkin' Head for a reason for having Epstein killed. I bet it wouldn't be too hard to find one.

Surely you can indict a sitting President for conspiracy to commit murder, can't you?

Please.  The Republicans in office and his base would turn it in his favor.

Actually, yesterday I did hear that someone has accused Pumpkin Head of being responsible.

I would not in the least bit be surprised. Epstein probably had something on Pumpkin Head that would have come out at trial as Epstein did his best to save his own skin.

if the US tried to do this we'd be vilified, why do we insist on calling these countries allies?  Oh I forgot, power and money...selling our soul...and you can't blame this one on 45 alone, he's last in a long line of soul-sellers.

I can blame him for not speaking up against it, though.  Have you noticed the democratic uprisings from the people in Hong Kong, too? All the orange cretin says about that is that he believes Xi will take care of it. Any other U.S. leader would be supporting the ideals of the protesters etc. It's hardly even a blip on the news here!

The crowds are enormous.

They're so huge the trump campaign will start using them and saying they're crowds at his rallies.

no one speaks against it, Lyle.  There's too much money to be made.  I'm not defending 45, but I can't defend Obama about his part in the Saudi "friendship", either.

As for the protests in Hong Kong...china makes me fear for this world much more than 45 does.  He's just an ignorant, loud-mouth narcissist who can't string two thoughts together, I just hope someone will be able to repair what he has so recklessly torn down, after he's out.

xi is a smart, cold, calculating, power-hungry despot, who wants to rule the world.  And I'm afraid he has more than a chance of doing just that.  South China Sea, no one talks about that either.  Their space program...anyone heard of it?  Have you ever looked at the list of everyday things that are banned in china?

The extradition bill that started the protests in Hong Kong has been shelved, but I don't think china will give up on it.

"Critics fear the bill will undermine the independence of Hong Kong's legal system and put Hong Kong citizens and foreign nationals at risk by allowing suspects to be sent to mainland China for trial."

He will start close to home and then move further and further...

In 5 years, I think US (and other countries) companies in china will be very sorry and pay very dearly for moving there to save a buck.

Not sure whether I am surprised or not. It is often first on our news every night and there have been demonstrations (on both sides), mainly in universities where we have a lot of Chinese students. Also in Australia.  But then China takes almost 25% of New Zealand's exports (Australia 15%, USA 9.5%). 20% of our imports are from China, 12% from Australia and 10% from USA.

I hear a lot about it on NPR news, and the BBC newscasts that they have on our public radio station.
