Ok, I just did a quick search.  It got no attention because it's a fake.

The voiceover was done by a comedian named Bob Menery.  This was not real commentary.

That guy who narrates it sounds absolutely perfect. I thought it couldn't possibly be real, but you never know.

I looked him up and he has a supporting role, playing Jack !, in Jake Gyllenhaal's Road House movie from last year.

Yeah, when I first heard it, I thought it was legit, he does a great job on the narration!

So, a month into the baseball season and it seems a lot of teams are doing really well so far. There are like 3 teams huddled at the top of each division and the other two teams in the divisions are in trouble at the bottom.

Particularly interesting is that the Cubs are in 1st place and have, last I read, scored the most runs of any team. The Mets currently have the best record in MLB! After some good years reaching the play-offs, the Orioles seem like they're in big trouble right now in last place in the AL East.

The 4 top teams in the NL West have been rotating in first place, each taking there place there off and on. Unfortunately the 5th place team, the Colorado Rockies, are floundering in last place in all of MLB with a 4 - 25 record. Ouch. They're celebrating their 30th Anniversary at Coors Field this month.

Hey Everyone. Did any of you see this center field catch in the game between the Blue Jays and the Red Sox?

I did happen to see that yesterday, Linda!  The announcer said that the turf can make you stumble, that a metal cleat can get caught in it. Another reason not to like domed stadiums I guess. That was pretty remarkable!

I figured you might have, Lyle. I just saw it this morning in my feed.  Yes I heard that as well. I don't like the turf either. Neither do I like whatever it is they are using on the pitcher's mound. I'm seeing it more and more on College baseball fields.

I'm busy watching recorded SEC Softball Tournament games. It started yesterday with 3 games. Second round today, 4 games. Third round tomorrow, 4 games. Semi-finals on Friday, 2 games. Final Championship game Saturday.

The ACC and Big 10 start today and end on Saturday as well. Single elimination games. The SEC is so big now that they had to start a day early.
