I actually liked his outfit and it fit the time fo the movie he was in, too. A splash of color!

I have just watched a beautiful series from Hong Kong (created as a film but split into a series of short episodes) on YouTube, called Secrets Happened on the Lychee Island. It’s in Chinese but with teeny subtitles - I needed my reading glasses!
It’s been described as a remake of CMBYN, but it really isn’t - more an hommage (if that’s how you spell it). There are certainly little allusions in the screenplay and music. Perhaps not for everyone, and occasionally a little difficult to follow, but I loved it. It’s a total of under 2 hours.
