I didn't see that yet, but now I'm curious!

I know that last week's The Irrational was the last episode of the season so I'm assuming Found's is, too.

I would have to try to do some research on that. I don't recall them making any announcement about that like they sometimes do.

I'll be darned. I missed The Irrational. (It isn't worth making a note about something if you don't look at your note.  ::)  ) Maybe I can find it on the network's website.

I'll miss the second part of the 9-1-1 two-parter. Thursday is Maundy Thursday/Holy Thursday, and I should go to church that evening. Maybe I can find that later, too.

Meanwhile, on Sundays, I just turn to CBS and let the TV on: Sixty Minutes, Tracker, Watson, The Equalizer.

Lyle, were you aware that L&O: Organized Crime comes back to the network after SVU this Thursday?

Jeff, Found is airing an episode tonight, so read the rest of this post.

Lyle, were you aware that L&O: Organized Crime comes back to the network after SVU this Thursday?

I had to do some research as I understood it was only going to be streamed on NBC's app, Peacock.  I knew it was going to premiere this week, but apparently NBC has also decided to air the first episode of Season 5 the same day, to entice some viewers to subscribe to the app.  It's only the first episode that's going to be aired on the network as well.

So here's what NBC's doing with some of these shows we watch:

The Irrational: Has concluded their second season.
Found:  Because NBC decided to air the 1st episode of Organized Crime this Thursday, as well as premiere it on their Peacock app, they are going to air Thursdays episode of Found TONIGHT. From NBC: The crossover special on NBC also means there will be a slight scheduling adjustment for Found. Originally scheduled to air a new episode on NBC at 10/9c on April 17, it will now move to Monday, April 14 at 10/9c before returning the following week to its regular Thursday time slot.

What they mean by "crossover special" is: NBC will air a two-hour Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit crossover event Thursday, April 17 at 8/7c.

Found:
The remaining episodes of Found will air
April 14 (tonight), May 1, May 8 and May 15.

Thanks, Lyle.

I knew Found was on tonight.

That's a whipsawing of its scheduling. There is an episode tonight, and then not another for almost two weeks? In this day and age it seems funny to me that they're airing the last episode as late as May 15.

I'm still pissed off at myself for missing The Irrational. I like the show, but I have continually forgotten to check for it when I plan my viewing.  :">

It seems most all network series skip a lot of April to air their last 3 or so episodes in May. That used to be because May was "sweeps" month, but is it still?

Here's something that, if accurate, I consider, well, sucky. ...

Thursday and Friday, April 24 and 25, ABC is airing the 2025 NFL draft, all evening, both evenings.

WeTV is currently running 9-1-1 all evening every Tuesday.

I noticed this a few weeks ago. I didn't start watching because some of those episodes were opposite other things I watch on Tuesday evenings (e.g., Will Trent). It did/does appear to me that they are running the episodes in season and broadcast order. The episodes that were listed when I first noticed were clearly season two in order--specifically, I noticed the early episodes when Eddie first joined the team (the earthquake episodes, in particular). Of course those early Eddie episodes are the ones I would really like to see again because Oliver Stark and Ryan Guzman really do have chemistry, and this is what sparked the hundreds of "Buddie" fan fics, my own included.  :">

I watched two episodes last night, including the Christmas episode (was it season three?) where the baggage attendant at LAX got sucked into the jet engine and survived. I liked that episode in particular.

Last night I came across two eBay listings for a complete set through--I think--season six. I haven't checked Amazon yet. They are expensive, and I really shouldn't spend that kind of money when all I really want is season two (plus a few exceptions). On the other hand, I have two (!) complete sets of Daniel Boone, and when I want to watch an episode, I usually just go for one of three episodes from season one.

(WeTV is apparently running Criminal Minds, which I really liked. I developed and still have the hots for Shemar Moore.  ::)  ;D )

And the winner is...  It's like football jocks Academy Awards. I've always found the attention on these drafts silly. They actually even made a movie about this in 2014 called Draft Day, starring Kevin Costner. I guess you have to give the NFL some credit for finding ways to keep their fans attention, since they only play one game a week. As much as I love baseball I wouldn't watch any such baseball draft programs like this.

Yesterday when I was visiting the Deep Discount website, I notice they're selling the entire series of Criminal Minds for $85. There are 85 discs in the set, so only $1.00 a disc!  Did you know the CBS streaming app (Paramount+) has had two seasons of a continuation of that show called Criminal Minds: Evolution. There are 10 episodes in each and they follow one main storyline. I just noticed there is a third season coming soon.

I remember reading something about the new Criminal Minds series.

That price for the series is comparable to what the eBay sellers are listing the 9-1-1 set for.

Amazing Race 37

LEG 5: "Be One with the Hay" (April 16, 2025)

Notes: -- So this week the teams had to fly from Dubai to Sofia, Bulgaria.

-- I thought it was very amusing when Josiah said that's somebody's name and then realized he wa thinking of Sofia Vergara!  :)

--I didn't think the tasks themselves were that interesting in this episode, but the drama of the team placement was the highest ever.

--Names of the towns they were in this episode: Negushevo (Village Square)
--Osoitsa (Village Library) where they had to find the clue. Everyone expected it to be harder to find, including me, but they were placed pretty much where they could be discovered quickly.
--Sarantsi (Farm) Detour: Haystack or Woodstack
--Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius, where the Double U-Turn was.
--Belopoptsi (Snezha's Farm) Roadblock: "Who's ready to fill 'er up?"
Elin Pelin (Village Square) Pit Stop

--I love saying Belopoptsi.

--I do not understand how Carson & Jack got lost. It didn't make sense. They seemed liked they both were stoned and talking in non-sequiturs. I guess it was just that they drove the wrong direction and got disillusioned.

--I'm sure you enjoyed this bit of trouble Jonathan & Ana had, Donna! Jonathan was acting like Eeyore.

--All the teams must have thought Jack & Carson were in front of them. The Fast forward they won last time didn't help them because everyone at the start of the leg to Bulgaria (1st time there for AR) got the clue and left at the same time and were on the same plane.

--I don't know which of those tasks I'd have wanted to do. The wood gathering could exhaust you, but you never know aout searching for something in a haystack.

--Wonder how the AR camera knew where Nick & Mike's bracelet was hiding? Maybe it had a tracker.

--If you were Mike & Nick would you want to keep that as a souvenir?

--Do you like yogurt? This is where it comes from:

--Melinda & Erika U-Turned Nick & Mike and Nick & Mike U-Turned Han & Holden. They wouldn't have done this if they'd thought more teams were behind them.

--As it turns out, though Melinda & Erika left way before Han & Holden, they got lost awhile and Han & Holden got to the Pit Stop before they did. You never know in this race!

--Overall I thought it pretty exciting to see how the teams got all out of whack and what would happen!

This week's placements:  1st Place Alyssa & Josiah   Prize: A trip to Marrakesh, Morocco

  • How do you hide when you are running from yourself
Hi everyone! I finished watching all of "The Pitt" which I posted about earlier.  Episodes 1/12 - 1/15 are super INTENSE... so much so that I will be watching them again.  Anyone without a medical background may have a hard time following the jargon and that, I feel, is the shows weakest point.  That stuff fly so far and fast over the heads of many.

I know you said you don't like "Medical Shows"   I encourage you to read some reviews and maybe give  episode 1/12 a try.  There is some background you will miss but I'm sure you can "fill in" most of the gaps.

Also, the posting right beside that points out a film IDK anything about: "99 Homes"  It's now on my playlist after reading a few reviews. I'm sure the subject matter is not for everyone -> https://www.slashfilm.com/1835879/andrew-garfield-thriller-99-homes-second-life-netflix/

Meanwhile, in Belopoptsi...

Yogurt, who’d have thought? I dislike yogurt and would have a very hard time eating that bowl of it!

I would like to go to Bulgaria, however.

What was the issue with shifting the cars?

So weird that these kiddos don’t know how to read a map!

Josiah is funny!

Oh, no! These guys are lost!

Oooh! Firewood! I do that every day!

(Fun fact: I use a sled to haul my wood.)

Hah hah… nor do the kids know how to convert kilos to pounds!

OMG! A surprise encounter with a double u-turn!

Jonathan is pissed!

Ugh, I hate the way he grabbed the clue from Ana.

Oh, man, Carson and Jack are so lost!

Josiah and Alyssa are nice.

LOL, Jonathan is stuck!

Verrrry stuck!

I guess they can’t call AAA?

Poor Carson and Jack.

Wow! 102!

Brett and Mark… Good boy, or girl…. That was hilarious!

Ahh… the U-Turns…

Poor Carson… “No matter what, we saw some cool things…”

Jonathan: Can you go any faster?

Ana: No.

I hate him!

Yes! Han and Holden found the bracelet!

I wonder how close Carson and Jack are to Nick and Mike…

Wow!

I do believe Erica and Melinda feel bad for u-turning Nick and Mike.

Come on, Carson and Jack!

Nick and Mike are hopeless.

Carson and Jack… I am crying!

Awww…Nick and Mike… that must be the worst feeling in the world- to see Phil coming up to you when you are so defeated…

Great show!

Yes, Jonathan reminds me of Eyore!

Do you think the names of the towns will be significant later?

I can't believe there are only 6 teams left!

So glad Scott and Lori are gone still
