Hello Diners

I got up at 6am to wait for a phone call from a repairman to tell me he's on his way to come and fix the stove. It could be any time between 7am and 5pm.

nice to see they were able to narrow it down to a certain window of time during the day.

Well, I washed my hair. That took maybe half an hour. But I spent 3 and a half hours going round with the company taking care of the PPP loan, because I had forgotten my password and couldn't get in to finish up the loan documents. Eventually I got out of voicemail hell and got a human who was able to get through whatever glitch was preventing me from reaching the password reset page and a good hour and a half of the time was with him, following his instructions and reporting the repeated failures before I was finally able to get to the documents that needed initials and signatures and do that over the internet. So now the money should show up in our account in 5-7 business days. YAY!

Sorry I missed the end of the old Diner but I tried to catch up.

Hi Jenny, I think we can all agree that the important thing is that you washed your hair  :D

Sorry about all the password/voicemail hell/phone crap...but it's over now!
Bye, Felicia

I love where I work.  We had an online all hands meeting today, and after the boring slides of upcoming forecast, state of the business, quality, and customer commits, they got to the important part: we can order a desk, chair and other supplies from Staples to work from home.  What?!

I didn’t log in to order yet, but I looked at the options – the chair is $300 – must be better than the $50 one I bought from Amazon.  I don’t need the desk so I won’t get that, but I think I will take advantage of the chair.

There are 15 pages of stuff we can order, so I’ll have to log in and see what’s out there…the only thing I really need is a calendar, I left mine at work.
Bye, Felicia
