Almost forgot to post the blurb about this week's HJSN.

This is a holiday weekend when people are consuming a lot of leftovers, but everything is fresh and piping hot when we’re talking Hot Jazz Saturday Night. At post-time, we couldn’t predict the playlist, but expect some titles from pianist Charley Straight and his Orchestra in the 1920s, Jimmie Lunceford and Fats Waller.

Yeah, the old TV doesn't like the new cable box.

At first it sounded like they were starting a different program on the satellite channel, but then they switched to the ND Channel.

That's a relief.

It was pretty windy and cold when I went out for the mail, even though the temp here was 36, still above freezing.
