Sicher.... und Übung und Konzentration.

Ich stecke mit dem Kopf chronisch immer in drei Sachen gleichzeitig, da kommt auch nix Rechtes bei raus.

Mir gelingt's am besten, wenn ich irgendwo Zeit totschlagen muss - Flug, Bahnfahrt, oder Ubahnfahrt. Oder beim Warten auf einen Besucher, der zu spät dran ist und erst irgendwann mal eintrudelt.

Wenn ich Zeit totschlagen muss, weiss ich doch noch gar nicht, wie lange ich noch warten muss - habe also 'alle Zeit der Welt' - und da kann ich mich halt am besten konzentrieren.

Wenn ich einen GENAUEN Zeitraum vor mir habe hingegen, engt mich das eher ein.

Ich dachte jetzt eher an sowas wie Bahnfahrt.

Da hast Du eine hinreichend bekannte Zeit vor Dir, während der Du Dich beschäftigen möchtest.
Und wenn Du eine endliche Menge Sudokus in möglichst kurzer Zeit schaffst, ist am Ende der Sudokus noch ne Menge Zeit übrig.

Das war mein Gedankengang...

Im Übrigen gilt doch auch hier, wie so oft: Der Weg ist das Ziel.

Gestern - bei mir mittags Wassermelone und abends ne Scheibe Brot.
Mein Männe - keine Ahnung
Mein Sohn - Nudeln mit Gemüsesauce im Hort, jedenfalls nach dem zu urteilen, was dem armen Kerl abends bei seinem Hustenanfall hochkam....
