And none of it makes any sense when the President's approval ratings have been in the tank since the first week of
his Presidency. Current Gallup Poll; Approve: 35% Disapprove: 60%. And the latest Rasmussen poll has the entire
approval rating of the Republican Party at 29 percent, the lowest ever recorded.
And yet, here we are.
Now the Republican Party is trying to discredit the Mueller investigation and the FBI citing bias, so that any conclusions
revealed from the investigating committee can be dismissed as partisan and no action taken against the clown. And to
divert attention elsewhere, even Lindsay Graham, a Senator who heretofore has often stood up to the insanity his party
is involved in, yesterday tweets out: "It’s long past time for a Special Counsel to investigate Clinton email scandal, Uranium
One, role of Fusion GPS, and FBI and DOJ bias during 2016 campaign." It makes me wonder if he's trying to obfuscate some
kind of personal problems that might lead to some allegations against him. I heard on the news last night, that the Congressional
resignations this week are the tip of the iceberg and there are at least 40, yes FORTY, Congress people being investigated for sexual
harassment and other similar charges.
Nothing much has changed for those of us wanting some hope that things could get better. I have doubts
that Alabama voters are going to help in that regard. If the Democrats don't take at least one Congressional
chamber next fall; you know.
